Netiquette was about manners and privacy tips on the internet. the reading contained things telling about things like bandwith, how not to be a jerk, and how things on the internet stay on the internet, even if it was 'deleted'.

Timeline
The 'Timeline' reading was about the progression technology, specifically computers. it really was suprising how quickly people research somthing once the first step was taken, from building sized computing devices, to mobile smart phones in about 70 years is amaizing in the rand scheme of things.
